This project aims to improve the detection of high-energy cosmic neutrinos using radio detection techniques in salt mines. It focuses on measuring radio wave propagation to enhance the design of neutrino detectors, contributing to the field of neutrino astronomy and high-energy physics.
Detection of cosmic neutrinos can answer very important questions related to some extremely energetic yet unexplained astrophysical sources such as: compact binary stars, accreting black holes, supernovae etc., key elements in understanding the evolution and fate of the Universe.
