CREDITS4HEALTH aims to promote healthier lifestyles in Euro-Mediterranean countries by encouraging physical activity and better dietary habits. Participants earn credits for engaging in health-promoting behaviors, which can be tracked through a web platform and redeemed for goods from certified suppliers.
The CREDITS4HEALTH project’s main goal is to develop a person centric approach based on the “credits for health” concept to reduce sedentary behavior and enhance the level of physical activity and healthy dietary styles in people living in Euro-Mediterranean Countries.
