This project develops a Scorecard and Guides to enhance crisis communication strategies for public authorities. It aims to improve readiness and effectiveness in managing media relations and communication with various groups during crises, whether caused by natural disasters or human actions.
The outcome of this project will be an audit instrument - a Scorecard and relevant Guides - as a tool for ensuring effective crisis communication strategies and implementation.
The Scorecard will enable public authorities to measure and improve their readiness for crisis communication.
