This project explores a novel mechanism in CRISPR technology that can selectively eliminate unedited cells while preserving edited ones. This approach aims to significantly enhance genome editing efficiency, reducing the need for extensive screening in various applications.
CRISPR technologies have revolutionized genome editing in medicine, agriculture, biotechnology, and life-sciences research with their ability to generate virtually any DNA edit at any genomic site in any organism.
