This project investigates the molecular mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease by examining epigenetic changes in specific neuron types. Using advanced sequencing techniques, it aims to identify how these changes contribute to the onset and progression of the disease in a mouse model.
Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a major contributor to disease burden and healthcare costs worldwide. AD is usually diagnosed once symptoms like memory impairment become evident.
