This project focuses on developing efficient one-pot synthetic methods for creating valuable chiral compounds from simple materials. Utilizing inexpensive catalysts, it aims to produce functionalized amines that are essential for medicinal chemistry.
The development of operationally simple methods for the rapid and efficient, catalytic construction of high value products from simple starting materials is key to the future of synthetic science.
