This project explores the role of cyclic adenosine monophosphate and cyclic guanosine monophosphate as signaling molecules in plants. By developing tools to manipulate these compounds, it aims to enhance our understanding of plant signaling pathways and their applications in biotechnology.
Multicellularity in plants and animals arose independently, as reflected in dramatically different signalling mechanism make-ups.
