CytoTrack is developing the CT11™, a blood test designed to detect and monitor tumor mutations in cancer patients. This tool aims to optimize treatment decisions based on real-time genetic information, improving patient outcomes.
In Europe, approximately 1 in 2 people will get cancer in their lifetimes.
State-of-the-art cancer treatments can be tailored to the genetic make-up of a patient’s tumour, making them highly effective at fighting cancer.
However, these very expensive treatments, which cost the society €1.5bn each year, can become ineffective over time due to genetic mutations in the tumours.
