This project investigates Type Ia Supernovae to improve their use in measuring cosmic distances and understanding dark energy. By analyzing a large sample of supernovae and their host galaxies, it aims to clarify how these factors influence supernova brightness.
Type Ia Supernovae (SNe Ia) remain unparalleled probes of astronomical distances and provide crucial constraints when measuring the properties of dark energy.
