This project investigates how dendritic cells (DCs) migrate to lymphatic vessels, focusing on the mechanisms of their activation and movement. It aims to enhance understanding of immune responses and improve therapeutic strategies for conditions like lymphedema by studying both DC behavior and lymphatic function.
Dendritic cell (DC) activation and homing from the periphery to lymph nodes is a critical first event in the immune response.
