DELICIOUS develops innovative plant-based dairy alternatives like cheese and kefir using microbial products and plant materials. The project aims to enhance nutrition, reduce environmental impact, and improve sensory qualities to facilitate market acceptance of these products.
DELICIOUS proposes a novel production technology to create affordable, tasty and safe plant-based dairy analogues (cheese and kefir) with high nutritional value, by combining microbial products with plant-based raw materials.
