DeliSoil aims to reduce food processing waste by converting by-products into sustainable soil improvers. Using a circular bioeconomy approach, it engages various stakeholders to enhance soil health and promote innovative solutions in agriculture.
DeliSoil will adopt a multi-actor, transdisciplinary approach to co-design processes that minimise food processing waste and valorise its by-products.
