The proposed DEMYBE project (filter aid-fine particles of the size of 50 μm average) has been conceived upon the needs of the reduction of mycotoxins, such as ochratoxin A (OTA), in everyday beverages (particularly beer and wine) and at the same time to substitute the Kieselghur filter aid.
