The DEROCA project aims to develop safer, eco-friendly flame retardants by utilizing carbon nanotubes and phosphorus-based additives. It focuses on improving fire safety in various applications, including automotive and packaging industries.
Currently, best flame retardant formulations are still often based on halogenated flame retardants (FR).
