This project focuses on Natural Deep Eutectic Solvents (NADES) and their applications in various fields such as biocatalysis and extraction. It aims to develop and characterize these solvents to enhance their industrial applications.
Sugars, aminoacids or organic acids are typically solid at room temperature.
