This project aims to develop a hybrid technology that combines complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor logic with magnetic materials to create innovative memory architectures. The goal is to enhance processing power and efficiency while reducing costs in microelectronics.
This PoC project is closely coupled to the ERC Advanced Grant HYMAGINE.
