This research investigates the legal implications of dispute agreements in consumer and business contracts across various jurisdictions. By analyzing the differences in legal cultures, the project aims to enhance understanding and predict future harmonization in European private law.
The proposal focuses on dispute agreement as to evidence, qualification and interpretation.
Those are increasingly relied upon by the parties, in consumer and business contracts in domestic and cross-boarder transactions.
