This project investigates the role of Polycomb group proteins in maintaining cellular identity during development and differentiation. It aims to dissect the contributions of different Polycomb complexes to gene expression and chromatin profiles in stem cells and adult tissues.
The activities of the Polycomb group (PcG) of repressive chromatin modifiers are required to maintain correct transcriptional identity during development and differentiation.
