The DIVERSITY project aims to enhance gender inclusiveness in materials research by networking policymakers and scientists. It focuses on developing policies and practices that support women's roles in decision-making and promote awareness of gender equality in research institutions.
DIVERSITY is a 36 months CSA (Supporting) project involving 14 partners from 11 European countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Slovenia, UK, Slovakia, Greece).
It represents a pilot initiative of networking policy makers, human resources experts, women scientists’ networks, and scientists to support the institutional culture change for a greater inclusiveness of women scientists in materials research organisations.
