This project examines the impact of geographical diversity among civilian staff in United Nations peacekeeping operations. By analyzing demographic data, it aims to understand how diversity affects the effectiveness and legitimacy of international organizations.
Diversity in the United Nations Peacekeeping Bureaucracy (DIVUNPKO) addresses two critical issues.
