This research explores how immigrants adapt economically in their new countries, focusing on their long-term impacts on firms and native workers. It seeks to understand the dynamic interactions between immigrants, businesses, and local labor markets over time.
The research proposed here is concerned with the dynamics of immigrant impacts and the process of economic adaptation in receiving societies.
