This project focuses on developing chemical tools to study how multiprotein complexes recognize and interact with each other. By investigating Cullin RING Ligases, the project aims to identify new druggable surfaces for potential therapeutic targets in various diseases.
This proposal is centred on the development and application of chemical tools to probe molecular recognition of multiprotein complexes.
