This project focuses on understanding mergers and industry structure through dynamic competition models. It aims to contribute to antitrust policy and industrial organization by analyzing the competitive process and its implications for market regulation.
I seek to increase our understanding of mergers, merger control and industry structure and propose to construct and analyse models that explicitly take into account the dynamic nature of the competitive process.
