DynaNets explores the dynamics of complex systems through a new computing paradigm inspired by nature. The project aims to understand how various scales of physical and biological processes interact, with a focus on studying epidemics like HIV and influenza using dynamically changing networks.
Recent advances in experimental techniques such as detectors, sensors, and scanners have opened up new windows into physical and biological processes on many levels of detail.
