This research focuses on developing self-adaptive peptides for targeted drug delivery. By understanding the structural motifs that facilitate membrane translocation, the project aims to enhance the efficacy of therapies like gene therapy and chemotherapy.
The aim of this proposal is to identify, at the molecular level, the minimal topological and structural motifs that govern the membrane translocation of short peptides.
