This project aims to develop a standard methodology for Roadmapping in industry and policy-making. It introduces Dynamic Roadmapping as a continuous knowledge creation process and focuses on creating an alerting system for identifying trends and weak signals, particularly in Technology Enhanced Learning.
Although recently Roadmapping has become a widely used technique, there is a lack of a standard methodology of Roadmapping, particularly for industry and policy making.
There is considerable diversity among practitioners as to what constitutes a roadmap and how to assess Roadmapping.
