This project investigates synthetic polymers for solar energy conversion by modeling natural photosynthetic systems. It aims to enhance the efficiency of organic solar cells by understanding quantum dynamics in energy transfer processes, potentially overcoming current efficiency limitations.
The primary aim of this project is to substantially expand the frontiers of current investigations on synthetic polymers for photovoltaic applications by in silico studying new supramolecular assemblies.
