The ECHOS project focuses on developing active edible packaging using phenolic-carbohydrates bioconjugates derived from agro-industrial byproducts. This innovative approach aims to enhance food preservation while promoting sustainability by utilizing natural resources and reducing reliance on fossil fuels.
