This project investigates how the structure of habitat networks affects genetic variation and eco-evolutionary dynamics in metapopulations. It aims to build a theoretical framework to understand these interactions using empirical data.
In the last two decades, studies have revealed that evolutionary changes can occur rapidly on ecological timescales.
