EDUWORKS trains early-stage researchers to understand the socio-economic and psychological factors influencing labor market dynamics. The project focuses on matching job supply and demand at various levels, integrating insights from labor economics, sociology, and human resource management.
The objective of EDUWORKS is to train talented early-stage researchers in the socio-economic and psychological dynamics of the labour supply and demand matching processes at aggregated and disaggregated levels. EDUWORKS brings together researchers from several academic disciplines.
