This research applies evolutionary theory to the humanities, investigating how concepts like symbiogenesis and punctuated equilibrium can inform our understanding of language, cognition, and culture. It seeks to develop a universal framework for these theories across various disciplines.
Evolutionary theory currently extends the biological realm because it is applied to the humanities, leading to new disciplines such as evolutionary archaeology, evolutionary linguistics and evolutionary psychology.
