This project aims to explore the structural mechanisms of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). By investigating how various cofactors influence EGFR activation, the research seeks to contribute to the development of new therapeutic agents for diseases like cancer.
