This project focuses on enhancing cancer immunotherapy by targeting tumor-associated macrophages to shift them from an immunosuppressive state. By inhibiting a specific enzyme, the project aims to improve immune cell infiltration and effectiveness against tumors, particularly in melanoma and other cancers.
