This project focuses on developing an electric axle for commercial vehicles, specifically targeting city buses. The goal is to create a lightweight, efficient powertrain solution that reduces operational costs and supports the transition to electric mobility.
Composite technology has become by now a viable alternative for commercial vehicles as vehicle structure elements, reducing the vehicles’ gross weight radically.
