This project develops a framework to analyze how organizational structures within companies affect competition in various industries. By integrating concepts from economics, it aims to understand transaction costs and the impact of organizational changes on market dynamics.
The aim of this project is to develop an empirical framework that enables the study of the relationship between organizational structures within firms and overall industry competition.
In particular, the framework will set up a structural econometric model from Empirical Industrial Organization and integrate intra-firm aspects from Organizational Economics.
