The project aims to safely integrate Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems into shared airspace, addressing operational challenges and ensuring compatibility with existing air traffic. It focuses on developing standards and solutions for both civil and military applications.
Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) have positively impacted civil and military applications. RPAS access to non-segregated airspace is essential to exploit their full capabilities, offering new services to the community and enabling market opportunities with huge economy benefits.
