The ENPOR project aims to address energy poverty in the private rented sector by identifying energy-poor households and testing tailored energy efficiency support schemes. This initiative seeks to improve local policies and alleviate energy poverty effectively.
Energy poverty remains at high levels in the EU Member States due to increasing energy costs and slow progress on energy efficiency improvements.
