The EnSurf project focuses on creating stable chiral surfaces for applications in chemical separations and catalysis. By using covalent modifications, it aims to enhance the stability of chiral molecules on surfaces, facilitating advancements in surface and interface science.
Chiral surfaces have received considerable attention in the recent past since they play an important role as substrates for chiral separations and enantioselective heterogeneous catalysis.
