This project explores the role of entanglement in strongly correlated quantum systems using ultracold fermionic atoms. By employing advanced techniques, it aims to enhance the understanding of quantum phenomena and potentially discover new quantum materials.
Entanglement plays a central role for strongly correlated quantum many-body systems and is considered to be the root for a number of surprising emergent phenomena in solids such as high-temperature superconductivity or fractional Quantum Hall states.
