This project aims to investigate a novel therapy for epilepsy using microRNA modulation. By studying the effects of a specific microRNA antagonist on human brain tissue, it seeks to provide insights into potential new treatments for epilepsy.
The overall research aim of EpimiRTherapy is to elucidate the mechanism of a novel disease-modifying therapy for epilepsy at single cell resolution in the human brain.
