This project investigates the long-term effects of endocrine disruptors on zebrafish by identifying epigenetic markers from early developmental exposures. It aims to develop methods for screening these markers to better understand the impact of pollutants on health.
The study of emergent pollutants is included in the priority research guidelines of many environmental- and health-regulationbodies, such as the World Health Organisation, the USA Environmental Protection Agency or the EFSA and ECHA agenciesof the European Commission.
