ERAWATCH International aims to enhance monitoring and analysis of science and technology in selected third countries. It will develop country profiles and provide analytical reports to support international collaboration.
This proposal sets out the approach for the development of ERAWATCH International, an information and analysis activity, envisaged to operate in close complementarity with the existing ERAWATCH Monitoring and Analysis Administrative Arrangement (ERAWATCH2).
It has been prepared in response to the request for the Specific Service Agreement ERAWATCH International Monitoring and Analysis made to JRC IPTS by DG RTD on 22 July 2009.
