This project studies Primary Antibody Deficiencies (PAD), rare immune disorders that increase infection risk. By combining clinical data and research, the project aims to identify genetic causes and develop new diagnostic and therapeutic tools to improve patient care and quality of life.
This medium-sized collaborative project will document and monitor the natural course and study the pathophysiology of Primary Antibody Deficiencies (PAD). PADs are rare inborn errors of the immune system with an estimated incidence of <1:25.000.
