EuroFOT aims to enhance road safety and traffic efficiency by testing new Intelligent Vehicle Systems in real-world conditions. The project assesses user acceptance and system performance to inform future technology deployment in European transportation.
The Intelligent Car Initiative has identified road safety, energy efficiency, and traffic congestion as the main challenges currently being faced by European transportation.
