EuroPACE is developing a financing mechanism to promote energy-saving technologies in European households. By linking repayments to property taxes, it aims to reduce investment risks and enhance the adoption of energy efficiency measures across the EU.
EuroPACE will develop a scalable on-tax financing mechanism to unlock the huge potential for deployment of energy saving and generation technologies to European households.
