EveryAesthetic explores the concept of aesthetic value in everyday life, moving beyond traditional focus on artworks. It aims to identify challenges posed by everyday aesthetics to existing theories and develop a clearer understanding of what makes these phenomena valuable.
Understanding the nature of aesthetic value is important because it forms a big part of what makes our lives worth living.
In the last 10-15 years, there has been an upsurge of interest in theories of aesthetic value.
