This project studies chromatin structure and function in human sperm, focusing on nucleosome retention mechanisms. It aims to understand how chromatin architecture influences gene regulation and epigenetic inheritance across various animal genomes.

We are now faced with an excellent opportunity to study chromatin function and evolution in a way that was not possible before.
