WIVI is a tool designed to assess and treat visual dysfunctions in children and adults using immersive 3D techniques. It significantly reduces treatment time and costs while achieving high accuracy in detecting visual issues.
It is estimated that approximately 30-50% of the general population in children (5-15 years old) suffer from some visual functional dysfunctions, and 10% of them have a serious impairment that affects their daily life.
Nevertheless, once detected such dysfunctions can be improved in 95-100% of the cases through training or therapy, but only 2% of these patients are being treated.
