FEDECOM aims to enhance local energy systems by integrating various energy sources and technologies. It focuses on optimizing energy dispatch, storage, and conversion to support the transition to renewable energy, with a cloud-based platform for planning and controlling these systems across communities.
Building on results of recently (or soon to be) concluded EU projects, FEDECOM aims to enable integrated local energy systems through sector coupling and cross-energy vector integration, increasing RES penetration via optimal utilisation of energy dispatch, storage and conversion assets.
