The Flexible Heat and Power project aims to develop a solution that utilizes thermal inertia in buildings to enhance energy flexibility. By managing heating and cooling systems, it seeks to support renewable energy integration and optimize electricity consumption.
The annual space heating and cooling energy consumption in Europe is almost 3,500TWh.
